1. Q.Where should my children play if not allowed to in the street?
   A. Children should play in grassy areas of the property. Not in the street as this is a hazard to not only them, but other persons as well. Please no throwing balls or riding bikes near homeowners' cars or other property.

2. Q. What does the HOA Board of Directors plan to do with the Fence issue?
    A. We will continue to fix the fence. Due to budget cuts we are looking at adding a self locking gate to keep the slats from being kicked out.

3. Q. Who is the current Landscaper?
    A. We switched Landscapers to Tru Green Landcare. Tru Green will continue to serve through 2012.

4. Q. Does the Board of Directors plan to move the playground?
    A. The playground has become a liability and will be removed from the property in early 2011.

5 Q. Does the Board of Directors plan on hiring a Security Company?
A. Due to budget cuts we will no longer have a private security company in 2011. If you have an emergency please call 911!
